Unforeseen Outcomes

In today’s uncertainty with the Covid still lurking among us, we are living in uncharted territories. We can choose to be overwhelmed and frustrated or we can have the attitude to conquer the fears. I’ll be the first to admit I don’t embrace change easily. That being said, I’m open minded enough to weigh all the options before forming my opinion. As an educator it’s overwhelming to say the least with all the new things we have to incorporate this year. All I know is that I have my students very best interest at heart and I will do whatever it takes to ensure they will learn new content whatever manner the school district decides is the safest route. Needless to say I am out of my comfort zone but I feel confident that I will rise above the challenges in front of me and get things accomplished. I have had to ask for more help from my peers, and admit I don’t yet have all the answers. I’m very fortune to work in an environment where I consider my fellow educators family. We help each other out and for that I feel very blessed. So if you’re anything like me instead of just feeling overwhelmed simply take a few moments out each day, or each hour and realize we aren’t in this alone, and that everything will be okay. Allow yourself the peace to know we are all going through this together and have a little more grace for each other as we know we will stumble through this process! Have a great rest of your day as you are trying to navigate in these times my friend.

“casting all your anxiety upon him, because he careth for you.”

If I can kayak through gator infested waters I can do this!
